- Leadership styles and what makes an outstanding leader?Planning, including setting outcomes and objectives and developing individual workplans
- Human resources and workforce development systems – what do you need and how do they fit together?
- Building and developing teams
- Getting good performance and developing positive relationships, including motivation, coaching, delegation, assertiveness and giving positive feedback.
- Managing problems and difficult situations including performance problems, conflict, giving constructive or negative feedback and holding difficult conversations.
In-house cost for two day course: £1,500 + trainer’s expenses (or £550 for a half day workshop based on part of the course)
