This workshop will use client case studies that we will jointly develop before the session to plan the new service.  It will look at:

  • What information about clients’ needs or feedback about existing services that you have or need to get
  • The resources you already have to help you.
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Competitor analysis
  • Looking at the service from the perspective of different stakeholders, including clients, staff and volunteers and funders
  • Using systems thinking to arrive at the best design.

We will provide you with a write up of the session.
