This workshop will examine key issues and best practice in service user consultation, including:
Participants will work through their own requirements for service user involvement and produce an action plan for increasing service user consultation. This will address the aims of involving their service users, needs and barriers to participation, suitable methods for engagement, and structures for continuing involvement.
