Delivered in-house only as this is intended to focus on one area of work, this workshop will review a project, service, process or system (including team working).  It could involve staff, volunteers, board members, service users, and other stakeholders as required

It can be used to contribute towards an evaluation report, to improve services, to help workers (including volunteers and board members) to learn from each other, and to develop new services for funding.

The workshop will:
  • Use creative methods to enable you to elicit your personal and team journeys
  • Identify to what extent the project has met your intended outcomes
  • Review what’s worked as expected or even better and what’s not worked or you haven’t done.
  • Reflect on what has helped you and what’s got in your way
  • Identify areas for further development of your project or service
  • Identify questions for additional research or investigation
Ideas to Impact will work with you before the session to identify intended project outcomes on which to base  exercises, and to ensure that the workshop focuses on what matters to you.  It will include a brief report of the session.

In-house cost: £600/£975 + trainer’s expenses - to include follow up notes
